Our application and hiring process is simple and quick. How it works?
From our website homepage,
1- Click on the career and volunteer link at the bottom of the page. Also, you can click on the career and volunteer tab at the upper part of the homepage.
2- Once you are here, check our list of job and volunteer opportunities or openings posted.
3- Read the announcement and job description of the one that you want to apply for, or read the list of the volunteer opportunities.
4- Click on Apply, complete the application, add the letter, CV, and documents if any, and click on Apply Now to submit your application.
5- Once we receive your submission, one of our Recruiting Staff/Staffing members will contact you either by phone, email, or both for the screening interview. At the end of the screening, if you have the required profile, the member will continue the process with scheduling the other interviews: technical, behavioral, managerial/final interview.
6- Once the interviews are completed and you have been selected, our HR will take over from there and send you an Offer Letter for acceptance or not. If you accept our unbeatable job offer with incredible benefits, then the HR staff will conduct the HR interview, complete the necessary paperwork, and you will select a start date among the proposed one that is more convenient for you.
7- On your start date or first day at work, your supervisor and the onboarding team will discuss and complete your onboarding activities. Once you become a member of our fabulous team, Altoz Institute will expect the best from you to be able to continue to train highly people for impact or positive change.
8- For the volunteer position, after we receive your application, our Volunteer Team Member will contact you to discuss and adopt your schedule, tasks, hours, benefits when on duty, and start and end dates with you.
