What does a Business Analyst do?
Business Analyst works with software developers or not and the project’s stakeholders to analyze business tasks as stated in the BABOK
document to reduce to the extreme minimum the risk of failure. Also, a Business Analyst obtains or discovers, treats, and analyzes
information related to tasks, clarifies/elicits what the stakeholder needs and desires are, and conducts root cause analysis to identify issues and
their causes during a project. Finally, a Business Analyst is responsible in a company for finding areas or opportunities for improvement,
supporting the designs, documenting, and assuring the proper implementation of the system in place.
