1. Our Tax Identity
We are a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt nonprofit educational corporation registered with the State of Texas and have operated accordingly since 2023. Also, we are eligible to receive federal income tax deductible donations as a registered Charity and Nonprofit Federal Tax Exempt Organization.
To find Altoz Institute of Healthcare and Technology on the IRS website as a federally eligible organization to receive tax-deductible donations, please go to https://www.irs.gov/charities-and-nonprofits (PUB 78 DATA).
There, scroll down the page to Tax Exempt Organizations Search (TEOS).
Then, click on Search Organizations blue bare, look for Tax Exempt Organization Search Tool, under it, click on Search for Tax Exempt Organizations blue bare, fill out the Select Database form:
1- Search all: (keep it as default)
2- Search by: select Employee Identification Number (EIN)
3 – Search Term: enter there our EIN: 93224 3495
4- City: enter Katy
5- State: select Texas
6- Country: select United States
Finally, click on the Search blue bare tab at the bottom of the form.

4. Types of Donations we Are Qualified to Receive:
Altoz Institute is a federal and Texas state-exempt nonprofit Corporation.
We are federally qualified to receive federal tax-deductible contributions from donors that they make to Altoz Institute under IRS Code, Section 170.
In addition, we are federally qualified to receive federal income tax-deductible financial, bequests, devices, transfers, or gifts under Section 2055, 2106, or 2522.
As a registered charity corporation at the Texas state level, we are exempt from State sales, franchise, and hotel occupancy taxes.
5. How Do You Save or Get Back your Donation While Filing your Yearly Federal Income Tax?
Your donated amount will be entered as “Gifts to Charity” on your Schedule A of individual Form 1040 and will be deducted from your annual taxable income, before determining your refund or tax due.
6. What Do We Do?
We provide online healthcare and technology empowering training with Zoom recorded live sessions and online coursework. This is through our LearnDash Learning Module System incorporated into Altoz Institute’s website. Our training is current skills oriented, affordable, and flexible to accommodate our students’ possible limited means and very busy lives.
Our instructors, rooted in real-world work experiences and real-life situations projects, facilitate the possible acquisition by our students of the skill sets and competencies applied nowadays in the professions we train for. Those professions are DevOps, Linux Administration, Cloud Computing (AWS, Azure, GCP), Scrum Master, Business Analysis, Cybersecurity, Database Management, Healthcare Data Analytics, Certified Pharmacy Technician, Medication Aide, and Nurse Aide.
7. Your Donation(s) Goes a Long Way in What We Do and Becomes:
(a) To increase and maintain continuously the quality care provided to nursing home residents daily (family members, friends, fellow US citizens). Tackling the US nursing workers shortage, this increase in quality care is possible through the addition of new workers as Texas Certified Nurses Aides and Medication Aides highly trained from Altoz Institute.
(b) Monthly and annual maintenance and upgrade fee payments for our high-caliber educational digital infrastructures. These infrastructures make providing our online first class and empowering training possible. Just to name a few, you have:
– the Altoz Institute website continuous development,
website application and associated database cloud hosting service,
– LearnDarsh as our Learning Module System (LMS) for course design in the virtual classroom,
– Fluent CRM for email marketing management,
– Fluent Support for student support,
– Gradebook configuration
– Zoom for live class teaching and recording,
– Google cloud storage,
– Search Engine Optimization tools for the Institute online visibility and
– Online library for students to research scientific articles to complete coursework.
(c) Professional training support, income peace of mind, job and professional stability, and growth to mostly those Texans recent immigrants for whom those have become a nightmare.
(d) US IT workers shortage reduction for the fastest, most secure, and precise IT services usage to deliver high-quality care to patients in healthcare settings.
(e) Constant development and updating of our curricula to better fit current professional skills and competencies applied nowadays in the professions we train for.
8. Our Thank You and Donations Received WRITTEN STATEMENT:
Altoz Institute, as the donee organization, will send you our Thank You and Donation Acknowledgment Letter called Written Statement of Declaration of Donation Received for each amount higher than $75 “that is partially a contribution and partly for goods and services”(PUB 526, P.4). If the donor receives in return goods or/and services, the statement must say that the deductible amount is only the part of your donation that is more than the good or service received, not the total amount donated.
We will send the written statement no later than January 31 of the new year following the year of donation, or before you file your federal income tax for the year of donation. This will be done using the address of your choice (mailing address, email address, WhatsApp, or Telegram chat). Please, send us your selected address and names to appear in the letter by email at info@altozinstitute.org or by text message to 832 258 1893.
Your Tax Preparer will use the statement of declaration of donation received to report your generous cash contribution (s) on Schedule A of Form 1040, lines 11 through 14 while filing federal income tax. In case of noncash charitable contributions, part of Form 8283 may be required to be filled out.
Once you receive the Statement of Declaration letter from us, please, keep it in a secure place for future reference with IRS, if needed.
